Most people think of their air conditioning system when when the weather starts warming up, but you also need to consider plumbing issues that relate to hot weather.
More outdoor fun means more dirty clothes. Be sure to check your washing machine hoses for bulges, leaks, and cracks.
Also, with the humidity here in middle Tennessee, be aware of condensation in your ductwork – it may cause back up in drains. Leaks in the duct seams can cause condensation.
And sewer line back-ups are more common in the warmer months due to spring root growth, summer rainwater, and more household water being run.
